Volunteers needed for Disc Golf World Tour’s La Mirada Open

With just two weeks until the inaugral Disc Golf World Tour event gets underway in California, volunteers are needed to help ensure everything operates as smoothly as possible.

Volunteer opportunities for the La Mirada Open are available days before the event and all throughout the three-day tournament. Opportunities include anything from helping with stats, crowd control, course maintenance, and more.

The Disc Golf World Tour organizers also include a number of benefits for those who volunteer:

  • A unique and memorable disc golf experience.
  • Disc Golf World Tour staff package.
  • Free lunches on working days.
  • Staff discount from an event’s ProShop.
  • Great crew to work with.

Please note, Volunteers who work at least two full days (approx. 8 hour shifts) are eligible to receive the staff package and discount from the ProShop.

We saw the power of volunteers at the 2015 United States Disc Golf Championship and the effort they put was amazing. You might not think you can have an impact on an event like the La Mirada Open.

If you are interested in volunteering, fill out the form at the Disc Golf World Tour site.
