Team Innova 2023 Full-Season Recap

Mertsch and Scoggins Share 2nd at 2023 DGPT Championship

Team Innova had ten athletes qualify for the 2023 Disc Golf Pro Tour Championship, held last weekend at Nevin Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. Of those ten, Ohn Scoggins, Kat Mertsch, Hailey King, and Jennifer Allen made the finals in FPO. Ohn and Kat tied for 2nd place after a high-pressure last round with many lead changes. Calvin Heimburg made the finals in MPO and shot the hot round on the last day to take 3rd.

The 2023 USDGC and TPWDGC – Tournament Recap

The 25th Annual United States Disc Golf Championship was held last week in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The crowds were the biggest we’ve seen at Winthrop, with thousands of spectators lining the final-day fairways. The Vendor Village was bustling with dozens of vendors including food trucks, craft beer carts, disc sellers from many manufactures, innovators with new products being introduced to the sport, and the USDGC Official Pro Shop.

Hailey King with Clutch Finish to Win 2023 MVP Open

Last weekend’s MVP Open has brought the 2023 DGPT season to a close; we could not have asked for a more heated, emotional last Elite event of the year. Hailey King won by one stroke in FPO after a final round of nonstop lead-changes.

The Win We’ve Been Waiting For – Scoggins Dominates DGLO

The first tournament of the DGPT playoffs brought out the most exciting disc golf we’ve seen all season. Last weekend’s DGLO was a whirlwind of smoking-hot rounds and highlight throw-ins. Team Innova’s Ohn Scoggins took down the first Elite Event of her career in commanding fashion.
