This time of year everyone can use a little “warming up.” We’re all tired of the cold, snow, or rain, if you’re so lucky, and all we can do is dream of warmer days. So, let’s take a trip down south to a place that laughs at the thought of snow. Lake Park in Lewisville, Texas for the 2010 Dynamic Discs Winter Warm Up.

Filmed by Bobby “CoolDaddySlickBreeze” Brown, you get a great feel for the course, the players, and all the elements with which they struggled. If that’s not enough, commentary from Liz Dorries (Lopez at the time) and Eric McCabe, who went on to win the World Championships that year, provides exceptional insight into the player’s minds.
